Setting your email HTML signature (Thunderbird & others)

Adding your WiseStamp HTML signature into your email takes less than a minute.

STEP 1

Click the Green “Grab signature” button
Please note that after exporting, any dynamic apps you have in your signature will not update automatically. Dynamic apps, (such as the RSS feed, Recent Tweet, and Random Quote, etc.) update every 12 hours with the use of the WiseStamp extension. Since exported signatures do not use the extension these apps will stay static. If you wish to show an update simply go to webapp.wisestamp.com. When your signature loads click the green "save changes" button and export your signature again.

STEP 2

Within Thunderbird, go to “Tools”, “Account Settings”.
In the left panel, select the account where you want the signature.

STEP 3

Check the “Use HTML” option and Paste your signature (CTRL+V for PCs, ⌘+V for Macs).
That’s it! Compose an email and your signature will appear as you created it!
Tips:
You can assign your signatures to different email accounts.
Want to modify your signature? Go to WiseStamp, make the change, click the Green button to Save the change and repeat the steps above.
