Setting your email signature in your Outlook

WiseStamp for Outlook 2007, Outlook 2010, Outlook 2013.

Setup takes only a few seconds.

STEP 1

Click on your signature below, select it (CTRL+A for PCs, ⌘+A for Macs)
and copy it (CTRL+C for PCs, ⌘+C for Macs).
Important – Make sure to use Chrome Browser (Safari or Firefox will mess up your copy/pasting and templates)
Please note that after exporting, any dynamic apps you have in your signature will not update automatically. Dynamic apps, (such as the RSS feed, Recent Tweet, and Random Quote, etc.) update every 12 hours with the use of the WiseStamp extension. Since exported signatures do not use the extension these apps will stay static. If you wish to show an update simply go to webapp.wisestamp.com. When your signature loads click the green "save changes" button and export your signature again. Additionally, if you changed your photo or social icons from the original square shape to the circle or rounded edge, the images will automatically revert back to square after exporting. Unfortunately, Outlook doesn't support this feature.

STEP 2

In Outlook, compose a new email.
Go to Message tab and click Signature and then Signatures.

STEP 3

Click New and name your signature (e.g. “Personal”).
Go to the “Edit signature” area and Paste your signature (CTRL+V for PCs, ⌘+V for Macs).
Click “OK” and that’s it!
Tips:
Fill the “E-mail account:” field to assign the signature if needed.
Want to modify your signature? Go to WiseStamp, make the change, click the Green button to Save the change and repeat the steps above.
